What helps in a bug report
- The message shown next to the image in the list, word for word
- The small grey line at the bottom of the tool panel, which reports the engine state
- Your browser and operating system
- Roughly how large the image was, and which setting you chose
Before you write
Many questions are answered on the home page and in our guides. If the tool is simply slow, that is usually your device processing the image rather than a fault.
